Welcome to the Nail Thoughts Color Season Collection! This collection is inspired by  the viral color season analysis that dates back to the early 1900s. The basic premise of the color season concept is that every color can be divided into one of the four seasons, and by understanding our own skin undertones and the way color reflects on to us, we can identify what season we personally belong in! Knowing your or your client’s color season can help you match them with colors that flatter them perfectly every time. Summer and Winter are the cool toned seasons, Spring and Autumn are the warm toned seasons.

All of these gels are PURE GELS, not a gel polish. These gel colors have no nail polish solvent present, which means:

• They have no odor.
• They last longer on yours and your client's nails.
• Higher pigment level means a great one-coat pay off, and less wasting product.
• They won’t dry up on you.

Cure in LED for 30 seconds and UV for 60 seconds.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. PREPARATION: Thoroughly prepare the nail, removing any dead skin and loose cuticle off and around the nail plate. Lightly buff the nail with a sponge buffer to remove any dirt and excess shine. Wipe any moisture from the nail using alcohol to prepare it for your gel application.

2. BASE: Apply Base Gel (Recommended: Nail Thoughts Builder Base) to the natural nail and cure using an UV and/or LED lamp. OPTIONAL: Apply two layers of the base coat, adding an apex while curing in between for extra durability.

3. COLOR: Apply Nail Thoughts Gel Color and cure for 30 seconds LED or 60 seconds UV. Apply as many layers to your preferred opacity, making sure to use thin layers between each cure. In most cases, you will only need one layer for full coverage.

4. TOP: Apply Top Coat Gel and cure using an UV and/or LED lamp.

NOTE:

• If the gel is applied very thick, it can cause an uneven nail surface or air bubbles to form leading to improper curing.
• Store out of direct light and at room temperature after each use.
• We recommend using a strong curing unit or else gel will not cure all the way through causing lifting or peeling. Follow the recommended curing times for each step.
• Be careful not to get gel onto the skin. Gel applied over the cuticle or around the eponychium area can cause lifting. Uncured gel left on the skin can cause allergic reactions to occur. Discontinue use immediately if itching, redness or swelling occurs on your skin, and contact a physician.
