We ship every day, Monday through Friday, except for major US Holidays (holidays for our delivery partners too). All orders placed during Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.
If you encounter missing items, please notify us within 48 hours from delivery confirmation date. We can investigate and offer a solution. Due to high volume of orders, we cannot accept requests beyond 48 hrs.
IN CASE OF OUR MISTAKE... (mistakes do happen! we are human too!)
- If we sent you a wrong or defective item (sometime defects happen during travel!), the process is simple:
1) You notify us via EMAIL below or Instagram - make sure to attach a picture of the product in question and/or a copy of your order
2) We will send you a prepaid label within 24 hrs to ship the wrong or defective item back to us (we often need defective items to show to manufacturer).
3) Once we get a confirmation that the return tracking number is used (item is on the way to us), or you can send us a receipt, we will ship you the correct or non-defective item to your address immediately, or, if out of stock, we will process a full refund.
IMPORTANT: According to US laws, WE DO NOT CONTROL nor INFLUENCE delivery process. Any issues with lost, damaged (package is damaged during transportation), or delayed packages MUST be addressed directly with your delivery provider of choice.
As an extra layer of security, we offer Shipping Protection insurance: it's just a few dollars as a 5 of order value. It's ALWAYS optional... but! YOU ARE 100% GUARANTEED recovery of your damaged, mis-delivered, stolen, or lost goods (as a re-shipped order) - or a full money-back-guaranteed refund within 24-48 hours via a super-easy and worry-free process. So- opt-in! If you Opt-Out by clicking the radio button in the cart, NMD Store in not responsible for delivery issues... because, again, we do not deliver our packages.
If packaging of your return product(s) is poor or not sufficient, or we determine some abuse of our products upon inspection, we reserve a right to charge (withhold) a restocking fee up to 50% of product price.

UPS Ground is NOT express shipping! This is delivery by a truck - which is heavily influenced by weather, weekends and holidays, and UPS does not pick up those orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
We strive to ship within 12-24 hours from receiving the payment, via your choice of delivery such as UPS Ground, USPS Ground (slower) or USPS Priority (faster) Mail, always with tracking. You will get an email from our platform with tracking details and delivery notification. USPS Priority delivery normally takes 3-5 business days within continental US.
VERY IMPORTANT: The number of delivery days you are seeing while picking up your option are NOT GUARANTEED DAYS! These are APPROXIMATE AVERAGES provided by the carrier given the past deliveries between similar zip codes. They are provided and updated by delivery partner and are dynamic (they change, with major shipping holidays, i.e. Christmas). Our store CANNOT influence these days and cannot guarantee the exact number of days, and all questions must be directed to delivery companies.
So - pick your rate and speed of shipping at checkout before payment. Don't forget to Opt-in for extra protections shipping insurance! Our shipping rates are much cheaper (commercial discount) than retail rates via a delivery office, be it at UPS, USPS or DHL. Please check and compare estimated times and rates, tracking options, and delivery progress at carrier sites first, such as https://www.usps.com/. By making a purchase with us, you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions of our Store and our delivery partners.
Once again: We cannot control or influence delivery! That's why we strongly recommend a one-click Shipping Protection. Please follow your tracking number of the respective carrier for al updates. You must address all issues or delays directly with the carrier (or via email to us if you purchased Shipping Protection)- but always contact us if we must provide evidence of the shipment or amount spent as a shipper.
ATTENTION: due to manufacturer's packaging and chemical composition of several liquid products (marked with this disclaimer), we cannot guarantee that shipping of such containers will be perfect: High altitude and Hot temperatures do cause significant internal pressure changes, and the bottle MAY LEAK. This is normal, we cannot defeat the laws of physics despite our best efforts to pack securely and carefully. Small amounts of leaked liquid do not make such products "unusable". By purchasing these products (hey have this disclaimer as well), you are waiving your claims against NMD Store or Shipping insurance for all leaked bottles with this product. If you cannot accept this, please do not purchase these products.
All claims of delays or lost packages must be filed directly with delivery partners first - or via an email to us if you purchased Shipping Protection insurance.

We will reimburse you for a lost or damaged package only after seeing a proof (a picture, confirmed claim, or video) deciding on a claim.
We are not responsible for any extra Customs' charges or International Tariffs when shipping outside the US. You can find out about those charges via your Local Authorities or international carriers.
