Shipping & Handling, Refunds & Returns
We ship every day, Monday through Friday, except for major US Holidays (holidays for our delivery partners too). All orders placed during Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.
If you encounter missing items, please notify us within 48 hours from delivery confirmation date. We can investigate and offer a solution. Due to high volume of orders, we cannot accept requests beyond 48 hrs.
By law, WE DO NOT CONTROL nor INFLUENCE the delivery process! Any issues with lost, damaged, or delayed packages MUST be addressed directly with delivery provider.
As an extra layer of protection, we offer T-BLUE insurance: just $1.50 for up to $100 order value, and ~$4-$10 for orders over $100. YOU ARE GUARANTEED recovery of your damaged, mis-delivered, stolen, or lost goods or a full money-back-guaranteed refund within 12 hours via a super-easy and worry-free process. Opt-in! We are not responsible for delivery problems because we do not deliver our packages.
The only guaranteed delivery times are those options where days are listed in the title of option:
- USPS: Express (Guaranteed 2 bus days, or 3 days outside main US terr)
- UPS 2nd Day Air®
- UPS Next Day Air Saver®
- UPS Next Day Air®
We do our best to ship within 24 hours from receiving the payment, via UPS Ground, USPS First (slower) or USPS Priority (faster) Mail, with tracking. USPS Priority delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within continental US.
VERY IMPORTANT: The number of delivery days you are seeing while picking up your option are NOT GUARANTEED DAYS! These are APPROXIMATE AVERAGES given the past deliveries between similar zip codes. They are provided to us by delivery partner and are dynamic (they change, with major shipping holidays, i.e. Christmas). Our store CANNOT influence these days, and all questions must be directed to delivery companies.
Pick your rate and speed of shipping at checkout before payment. Don't forget to Opt-in for extra protections via TBlue shipping insurance! Our shipping rates are much cheaper (commercial) than retail rates via a delivery office, be it a UPS, USPS or DHL delivery. Please check and compare estimated times and rates, tracking options, and delivery progress at carrier sites first, such as https://www.usps.com/. By making a purchase with us, you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions of our Store and our delivery partners.
Once again: We cannot control or influence delivery! That's why we strongly recommend a one-click TBlue insurance. Please follow your tracking number of the respective carrier for al updates. You must address all issues or delays directly with the carrier (or via Claims Page, if you purchased Tblue) - but contact us too if we must provide evidence of the shipment or amount spent as a shipper.
All claims of delays or lost packages must be filed directly with delivery partners first - or via CLAIMS page (see on menu) for those with TBlue insurance coverage:
We will reimburse you for a lost or damaged package only after seeing a proof (a picture, confirmed claim, or video).
We are not responsible for any extra Customs' charges or International Tariffs when ship outside the US. You can find out about those charges via your Local Authorities or international carriers.
Our platform will always optimize shipping costs based on speed of delivery/insurance, chosen weight and package size. You can always contact us (contacts are below) BEFORE paying for your order. We can also check and recommend the best option for you.
Refunds & Returns: By placing an order with our store, you are agreeing to all policies of our store, including this one!
After your products were delivered, we receive and accept return/refund/replacement requests and claims for defective and non-working (broken) products within 10 business days from your marked delivery date. We will not accept any claims after 10 days.
Any product that contacted biological material (skin, nails, toe nails) cannot be returned. We do not accept returns of any instruments, tools, or bits if blisters are broken and the product is not broken or defective and cannot be resold.
All sales of liquids, pastes, gels (base, top, colors, acrygel, primer, disinfectant, etc) are also final. These products CANNOT be returned after opening or initial use (or broken seal). Once again - they CANNOT be returned.
For all electronics, we will take care of refund of product costs (minus S&H) via a claim to us within 10 days of your ship date , with a few exceptions stated below. We will always fix our mistakes, we cannot guarantee or fix yours. We cannot honor our return policy in cases of wrong sterilization procedures or mis-handling/mis-use (bad or severe chemicals, excessive heat, mechanical damage, etc), thus we will ask you to confirm your claim by sending us pictures or video , and we will determine applicability of our policy. All complex and electronic/electric products (such as curing lamps, drill sets, handpieces for drills, etc) have Manufacturer's warranty and return information listed in the product descriptions on our site or in User manuals or packaging. In all cases of replacements, warranty, or testing of products, all shipping costs are paid by the customer: we do not ship for free!
We can only make ONE replacement warranty exchange.
