Returns and Refunds Policy - please read carefully!
By placing an order with NMD Store, you are agreeing to all policies of our store, including this one.
After your products were delivered, we receive and accept return/refund/replacement requests and claims for defective and non-working (broken) products within 10 business days from your marked delivery date.
We will not accept any claims after 10 days from delivery date..
Any product that contacted biological material (skin, nails, toe nails) cannot be returned. We do not accept returns of any instruments, tools, or bits if blisters are broken and the product is not broken or defective and cannot be resold.
All sales of liquids, pastes, gels (bases, tops, oils/serums, gel colors, acrygels/polygels, primer, disinfectants, etc) are also final. These products CANNOT be returned after opening or initial use (or broken seal). Some products have manufacturing packaging that we cannot control. We have disclaimers on such products on product pages - please read them carefully. Once again - in short, liquids CANNOT be returned.
All products purchased during major Sale periods (ie Black Friday) or clearance are final.
For all electronics, we will take care of refund of product costs (minus S&H) via a claim to us within 10 days of your ship date , with a few exceptions stated below. We will always fix our mistakes, we cannot guarantee or fix yours. We cannot honor our return policy in cases of wrong sterilization procedures or mishandling/misuse (bad or severe chemicals, excessive heat, mechanical damage, etc), thus we will ask you to confirm your claim by sending us pictures or video , and we will determine applicability of our policy. All complex and electronic/electric products (such as curing lamps, drill sets, handpieces for drills, etc) have Manufacturer's Warranty and Product Return information listed in the product description on our site or in User manuals or Packaging inserts. In all cases of replacements, warranty, or testing of products, all shipping costs are paid by the customer: we do not ship for free!
Returns are possible considering no work was done on biological material (skin, nails, toe nails) and if there is original packing .
If 14 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund (or partial refund) or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (seals NOT broken) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please read carefully Product Descriptions or product pages. Electric powered devices have special warranty and return policies - all listed in the Product Description.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards , Gels, tools, bits, and instruments with broken seals, items past 30 day window, Sale or Clearance items.
Partial refunds are granted (read below about Restocking Fee ) for the following:
- Any item not in its original condition, or if damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, policy acceptance, or customer "not liking" the product.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery refunds (if applicable)
- A restocking fee up to 20% can be assessed if the item needs reconditioning, cleaning, or refurbishment for resale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and refund amount.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you choose to elect Store Credit, this credit is available immediately; it will show up on order payment screen together with saved credit cards. This is a preferred method of refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale (Clearance) Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All Sales or Clearances are FINAL, we cannot and will not refund those.
Exchanges (if applicable):

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

All our shipping costs are outsourced, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We can only make ONE replacement warranty exchange.
