Exchange/Refund if defective : 10 days from Purchase Date. Hygiene and CDC regulations require us to dispose all exchanged units.

Krystal K It cures really good without a doubt. But…..! A couple features needs to be revamped to make it worth the price.
First one is, when you stick your hand in the lamp the light comes on but it DOESN’T go off when you take your hand out.
Second one is, after the lamp is not being used in only a few minutes it shuts down so you have to keep turning the power back on. It’s very inconvenient when you have the lamps in place where they are hard to get to. I’m not a person that has the lamps on top of my desk. Won’t be purchasing these again and would not recommend them unless those features are fixed.
Price was too high for what features were offered.

But before we do, we must tell you that it took us almost a year to design and manufacture this professional lamp, and we thought we took in everything a true professional would need and demand in a hybrid lamp. So - first, the price. Our lamp is THE CHEAPEST and MOST AFFORDABLE of all Pro lamps manufactured on the same facility in Taiwan where Akzentz, Kokoist, Luminary, Ugly Duckling, Light Elegance, and several other great global brands manufacture theirs. Please check those brands and their prices for a hybrid lamp with 30 Next Gen UV LEDs. Quality has its high price (these lamps are EXPENSIVE to make), and your 'cheaper' alternative is always some chinese knock-off from Amazon or Alibaba. Second: for all professional lamps, the motion sensor starts the timer when you put your hand in, and NEVER turns the LEDs off when you take the hand out, NOT until the timer stops. This is another pro design feature - to maintain perfect cure via a specifically tuned timer and UV exposure, and not stop by simply moving the hand out. And to your Third point, it does say in our discription and warning not to keep the lamp on and idle for more than 20 min - it WILL turn itself off after that , another PRO safety and longevity feature to retain a 1 year warranty and 50000 hours of LED work. Again, we challenge you to compare to other professional Taiwanese hybrid lamps, and if you find better features for the price, we will gladly refund your purchase.

Oksana Ganina As a full-time nail tech, I’m super picky about my tools — and this lamp really delivers. It cures evenly, quickly, and without heat spikes, which is a must for builder gels. The design is sleek and client-friendly, especially for pedis.
Only thing I’d change? It powers off if not used for a bit, and I have to reselect my settings. Not a dealbreaker though!
Still one of the best lamps I’ve used in my studio. Would recommend!

I’m absolutely thrilled with the SmartProLight! This LED lamp exceeded my expectations — powerful, fast, and incredibly convenient to use. It cures evenly without overheating or causing any burning sensation for clients. The sensor works flawlessly, and the timers are perfect for different types of gels. The sleek design is a great addition to my workspace. It works perfectly with both hard gels and gel polish. I use it every day in my studio and have noticed how much faster and more comfortable my workflow has become. I bought this lamp a couple of weeks ago . Tested for 4 weeks for an honest review.
