Step 1: "Sleek Base" Effect - a non-wipe clear top that creates a sleek surface over the chosen design or color after curing in UV Lamp. It can be a perfect non-wipe top of its own. Cure this very thin layer of top in UV/LED light for 30-60 sec.
Step 2: "Wet Droplets" Effect: After curing Step 1 layer, cover the surface with Step 2 Top Gel - and see how tiny droplets form right before your eyes! If Step 1 is missed, droplets still may form, but their adhesion is questionable and may not stay for the full period. This is also a non-wipe top with cure time of 30-60 sec in UV/LED lamp.
