Tinted universal soft base with flash on/off shimmer (SB5-SB7) or foil (potal) inclusions (SB8-SB11) for additional stunning effects!

This base is ideal for quick designs with translucent depth and sparkle. It's suitable for medium and short nails, but requires a thin reinforcement layer of hard base and soft foundation.

DIVA Soft base is an ideal companion as a foundation. 

Rubber or Soft bases produce superior adhesion and flexibility, and when combined with hard gels or hard base make an outstanding long-lasting combo.
