HOW TO USE THE DEHYDRATOR: For degreasing and removal of the sticky layer, moisten a lint-free cotton pad with the tonic and gently rub into the nail surface. For dehydration and antiseptic treatment, spray the toner on the skin and nails. Put in a foaming bottle for quicker effects.

If 'two' means 'relentless' in your opinion, we gladly accept your criticism. However, this speaks nothing about the product - which is the entire purpose of such emails.
I tried this out over a black polish and it's beautiful. The product description says "a little goes a long way" and they MEAN it, it does not need much. Looks incredibly cool with a matte top coat too.
