I tried this out over a black polish and it's beautiful. The product description says "a little goes a long way" and they MEAN it, it does not need much. Looks incredibly cool with a matte top coat too.

This is very beautiful, i love the effect. This is the best chrome powder i have ever tried, the quality is excellent, applies beautifully and it is flawless. Love, love it very much. I want to try other colors too. A little goes a long way.
