Purpose: Used for strong adhesion of UV-curable materials to the toenail nail plate.
How to apply:
Apply Podoljest Primer to the prepared, cleaned nail plate with the applicator and let air dry for 20 seconds. The surface must be glossy and shiny - otherwise repeat this application. After ensuring the gloss, cure for 30-60 seconds in UV/LED lamp.
Contains ethyl acetate, isopropanol, and isoamyl acetate.

I tried this out over a black polish and it's beautiful. The product description says "a little goes a long way" and they MEAN it, it does not need much. Looks incredibly cool with a matte top coat too.
